The private heated pool is the centerpiece of the backyard, with loungers, a BBQ grill, cornhole, oversized Connect Four, and plenty of room for the group to relax outside together.

The screened lanai works like a second living room, with dining for eight, lounge seating, ping pong, and string lights for evenings. A pass-through window connects the lanai directly to the kitchen, making it easy to serve food and drinks while everyone stays together outside.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are included. Pets are welcome, and the backyard is fully fenced.

Caloosa Park is one block away with a playground, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, and walking paths. Wakodahatchee Wetlands is also nearby for a change of pace from the pool or beach.

The billiards table and 65" Smart TV anchor the main living space. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, coffee essentials, dishes, glassware, and everything needed for meals at home.

Hunters Run Golf Club is nearby, making the home a good fit for golf groups as well.
