Finca La Lavanda is a beautifully restored private country finca near Alaró, surrounded by almost two acres of landscaped gardens and orchard with spectacular views across the Mallorcan countryside and mountains.

The finca sleeps six guests in four comfortable bedrooms and combines authentic Mallorcan character with the modern comforts you would expect from a high-quality holiday home. At its heart is a private saltwater swimming pool, with extensive outdoor space for relaxing, dining and enjoying the peaceful countryside.

A home we have lovingly restored
Finca La Lavanda has been a personal labour of love for us. We spent eight years renovating the property, carefully preserving its character while creating a comfortable and welcoming home for our guests. We continue to take great pride in maintaining both the house and gardens to a very high standard.
We have lived in Mallorca for 15 years and chose Alaró because we love its authentic village atmosphere, beautiful square, excellent restaurants and bars, and its wonderful opportunities for walking and cycling. My husband's family has roots in Valldemossa, so Mallorca has always been much more than simply a holiday destination for us.

Your own private space
The finca is set within almost two acres of private gardens and orchard, giving you plenty of space and privacy. There are beautiful mountain and countryside views from the property, and the outdoor areas are designed for enjoying Mallorca's wonderful climate.
The large saltwater pool is surrounded by terraces and gardens, with a covered pergola for outdoor dining and relaxing, a Weber BBQ, table tennis, hammock, outdoor shower and pool bathroom. There is also a firepit for relaxed evenings under the stars.

Inside, the finca retains its traditional Mallorcan character while providing modern comforts including air conditioning in all bedrooms, central heating, super-fast fibre Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen and a wood-burning fireplace.

You may even see red kites circling above the property as you enjoy breakfast or an evening drink overlooking the countryside.

Why Alaró?
One of the things we love most about Finca La Lavanda is its location.
Although the finca feels wonderfully private and rural, Alaró is only a few minutes away by car. The village has a beautiful central square, cafés, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a popular Saturday market.

Alaró is also a wonderful base for exploring Mallorca. Palma and its historic old town are around 20 minutes away, while the beaches and towns of northern Mallorca, including Alcúdia and Pollença, are easily reached by car.

The area is particularly popular with walkers and cyclists, with beautiful countryside and mountain routes close by.

A rental car is recommended for making the most of your stay and exploring the island.
