Private seven-bedroom beachfront villa for families and groups, with your own pool, hot tub, rooftop sunset deck and direct beach access. The standard setup sleeps up to 16 across five king bedrooms, one room with a queen-lower/single-upper bunk, and one room with two bunk beds. The villa also has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, filtered water, a full kitchen and included housekeeping.

The entire villa and every amenity are reserved exclusively for your group, including the pool, hot tub, rooftop deck, gardens, laundry area, and direct beach access.

Puertecito, a serene coastal village nestled between Puerto Escondido and Mazunte, offers the perfect beach retreat for families. You'll find naturally formed, shallow swimming pools that are ideal for children. Here, you can escape the tourist crowds, enjoying a tranquil atmosphere with plenty of room on the beach to call your own.

While it is possible to order taxis to Puertecito, if you're planning on leaving the house frequently we highly recommend renting your own car.

Extra cot beds for groups of up to 19 may be arranged in advance for an additional charge. Please include your full group size when booking. Events and filming require prior approval and separate pricing.
