The rooms of the villa follow one another: the entrance area opens onto a beautiful south-facing double living room, with two large windows overlooking the terrace and enclosed garden. The living area, furnished with two pretty sofas, welcomes you with a high-quality multimedia package (42' QLED TV, WIFI box) and channels from NETFLIX, APPLE TV+, OCS, etc.... A brand-new, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen makes cooking easy and delights even the most discerning gourmets: oven, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. A large bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower area complete this first level.

On the upper floor are 2 bedrooms with high-quality beds for restful nights. One bedroom has a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden and the sea: it is equipped with a double bed. The beaches have something for everyone: windy for those who like to jump into the waves, or quiet for those who prefer a more peaceful setting. All three beaches are within walking distance (3 to 8 minutes), and you can walk from one to the other along the coastal path, overlooking beautiful coves.... until you reach the small fishing port of Bas Pouldu at the mouth of the River Laita, where you can enjoy a sumptuous platter of seafood!
