We ask that the house is kept clean and tidy. We reserve the right to retain £50 of the security deposit to cover extra cleaning costs.
Smoking is strictly not permitted. We reserve the right to retain £100 of the security deposit to cover extra cleaning cost.
Do not burn candles.
Be respectful to the neighbours.
No partying or loud music.
Please do not allow your pet on any furniture, or in the bedrooms
Clean up after your pet including the garden. We reserve the right to retain £100 of the security deposit to cover extra cleaning costs.
Do not take the towels to the beach.
Park on my driveway, DO NOT block my neighbour's driveway.

On departure, you are requested to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition. This includes washing up, placing rubbish in bin liners and putting in outside wheelie bins, ensuring ovens are clean and free from grease. We reserve the right to retain £50 of the security deposit to cover extra cleaning costs if the house is not left in a satisfactory condition
