🏡 House Rules — Pool&Play Pool Villa, Sriracha (Hub Bon)

(Please read before each stay 💕)

Guests are responsible for taking care of all property inside the villa. Any damage must be compensated at actual cost.
Additional housekeeping service is available at 500 THB per request.

No smoking inside the villa. Violation fine: 1,000 THB.
Please keep noise down to avoid disturbing neighbors, especially after 12:00 midnight. Violation fine: 2,000 THB.

Do not move or remove furniture from the villa premises.
No food, drinks, or glassware in the swimming pool. Violation fine: 500–2,000 THB.

No parties, excessive alcohol consumption, or loud noise.
Exceeding the registered number of guests will incur an extra charge of 500 THB per person, per night.

Do not take charcoal, blankets, or towels outside the property. Lost items will be charged 500–1,000 THB per piece.

Late check-out is charged at 300 THB per hour (unless arranged in advance).

Extra beds are available at an additional charge per set, per night (price as agreed).

If you would like to request housekeeping for cleaning or assistance, please let us know in advance. A service fee of 100 THB applies per request (daytime only).
