The space
LOCATION

You’ll be located in the beautiful Pocono Summit area, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Pocono Mountains and just minutes from some of the area’s top attractions!

Enjoy peaceful lake views and access to fantastic community amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool, private lake and beach, fishing, playground, and clubhouse. Please note that the home has lake views but does not have private lake access; public lake access is available nearby.

Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a mountain adventure, a relaxing weekend by the lake, or a trip to the Poconos’ top attractions, you’ll have a comfortable home base in a quiet residential setting.

You will have access to the home and community amenities, including the seasonal outdoor pool, private community lake & beach, fishing area, playground, and clubhouse.

The home is yours to enjoy with an easy self check-in process using a smart lock 🙂.

🚗 Parking: Free driveway parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles. Please park only in the driveway.

Please note that the property has beautiful lake views, but there is no private lake access directly from the home.

Other things to note
Please note, we do have a VERY strict No Party policy. there will be absolutely no partying, no loud noise, and no smoking inside the house.

Surveillance cameras are on the exterior for security.

🐕 Pets: Pets are allowed with prior approval. A $50 fee applies per pet.

🌙 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and community.

🍳 Cooking: Light cooking only, please. Heavy cooking or cooking that creates strong odors is not permitted.

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the home.

🎉 No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted.

🏡 Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 10 guests. All guests must be included on the reservation.

🏊 Community amenities are shared amenities and include a seasonal outdoor pool, community lake & beach, fishing, playground, and clubhouse.

At Hosts discretion, guests may be required to submit a photo ID and/or vehicle information for guest screening.

We do not provide linens for the couches.

There is no commercial photography allowed.
