The villa is on the ground floor of a duplex building with free parking close by allowing easy access for guests of all ages.

The villa is that is perfectly set up for living outdoors in the great Caribbean climate. The large outside decking can be accessed through the lounge and features a dining suite, two sun loungers an outdoor lounge suite and your very own hammock.
The decking provides a great outdoor living space.

Inside, the large open plan lounge features two sofas and a television with international television channels. The large sliding doors can be opened wide to allow the cooling breeze to blow through. This open living style and large ceiling fan allow the building to be kept at a comfortable temperature throughout the day and night.

The lounge is separated from the kitchen by a long bar with stools which is great for social cooking or breakfast.

The lounge also features wireless internet connectivity which covers the entire property and even extends down to the side of the swimming pool.

The bedrooms at POCO POCO are fully air conditioned and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and features a wall mounted television and a double en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom is a twin room and has direct access to the second bathroom. The third bedroom, a twin room, is located across the entrance corridor from the second bathroom and adjacent to the guest toilet.

Should you wish to eat in during your stay, the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to self cater for up to six people. There is a four ring hob and a combination oven for all your cooking needs. After dinner is taken care of by the dishwasher, leaving you free to relax with another drink from the a large 'american style' fridge freezer complete.
