Please read before book! Room near main station - Vienna

Please read the description carefully before sending a booking request!
If you are passing through, taking a spontaneous weekend trip, or visiting Vienna on a business trip and need a place to sleep, my living room is a perfect option for you. I am usually home after work and can offer travel tips if needed.
Please note: This is a private rental, so check-in times may vary. It is important that you speak English or German so we can communicate and I can explain the essential house rules.

The space:
The living room is spacious and has a sofa bed (an air mattress is also available) and a dining table.
You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with me.

Please note that the apartment is located in a building constructed in the 1970s. As is common with older buildings, the walls may not be perfectly soundproof. You may occasionally hear neighbors talking or laughing, and during rush hour some traffic noise can be noticeable. If you are an extremely light sleeper or require complete silence, this apartment may not be the best fit for you.

This is a private rental, so check in time can be differ!!
Please send me a booking request with your arrival time. If I will be in home office, check in time is from 9:00 o'clock morning until max 1:00 o'clock midnight. In other cases check in time will be 18:30 o'clock or later.
Check in time at weekends is mostly from 12:00 - 19:00 o’clock.
Check out is always flexible and must not necessarily be 13:00 o'clock.
Austria tourist tax is already included in the price.
According to Austrian regulations, the guests need to register in the guest book.

Other things to note:
There won’t be any other guests staying here, so you will only be sharing the apartment with me. I‘m happy to chat casually or have deeper conversations if the moment feels right and there‘s time for it. Otherwise, you can simply do your own thing and enjoy the space however you like. 😊

Please also note that only the bathroom and toilet doors can be locked. The other room doors do not have locks. For safety and security reasons, visitors who are not included in the booking are strictly prohibited from entering the apartment.
