- All mattresses and pillows are encased to provide complete piece of mind.
- All beds are low profile, easy in and easy out.
- No bunk beds! No need to worry about slipping off of a ladder or rolling off the top bunk.
- Queen size pull out bed, foam mattress with topper.. and yep brand new.

Getting clean:
- 2 full bathrooms equipped with magnifying mirrors and fabulous lighting!
- 2 spacious showers.
- En suite has a large soaking tub, dual sinks and a water closet for extra privacy.

After a day in the sun and surf you need some well deserved time to unwind:
- Sectional sofa with dual recliners and queen pull out bed.
- Smart TVs in Living Room and ALL 3 Bedrooms.
- Enclosed patio.
- Outdoor seating for 8 with fire table and large Tiki Bar!

Note: Trees suffered damage from a storm and have been replaced with new trees and shrubs in late 2023. No use of chemicals on lawn. Shrubs/plants are pet safe! Motion detection Ring cameras are on exterior of property only at entrances for security and upkeep of unoccupied property. Guest privacy is respected and cameras are not monitored when property is occupied.

All areas of the house are available for use except the entryway closet and closets within each bathroom which are reserved as an owner's closet. The rest of the property and backyard and patio are for your enjoyment.

This home is located less than 3 miles to the Navarre Beach Causeway. Being this close to the Causeway means not only a direct access route to the beaches, but very close proximity to many different restaurants and shopping!
This home located in a small neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street with a grade school nearby. Our neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves.

No public transportation is available, but Uber and Lyft are available and you are only a short distance to the beach. If you prefer, you can bike to the beach on a dedicated lane on the causeway.

No additional lease agreements to sign.
Garage has a skeeball machine, so parking is not available in the garage.
