The space
The open floor plan of this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is designed for comfort and elegance. Enjoy breathtaking water views from almost every room in this expansive residence. House features include the resurfaced pier, dual HVAC systems, and a whole-house dehumidifier, ensuring year-round comfort.

The ground level presents a versatile space with a full bathroom, pull-out queen sofa bed, 65” wall mounted TV, sink with counter space/cabinets. Step through the sliding door to a covered paver patio w/ outdoor gas fireplace, leading to the fenced-in backyard and your private 100 ft pier. Whether you're boating, jet skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, crabbing or fishing, this serene setting promises endless relaxation and enjoyment. 3 kayaks, paddles, and life jackets are available for your use.

On the second level, you'll find a gourmet kitchen with an island w/ seating, a 6 person dining room table, a walk-in pantry, stylish tile backsplash w/under cabinet lighting. The kitchen is equipped with necessary appliances, utensils, cooking pots/pans, toaster, air fryer, blender, and outdoor grill.

The family room is highlighted by a new gas fireplace, a 65” wall mounted TV, a walk-out large deck w/ a 6 person outdoor table, 2 person sitting area, powder room, and magnificent views of the protected St. George Harbor.

Retreat to the upper floor where the two guest bedrooms offer comfortable bedding and closet organizers for ample storage. The luxurious primary bedroom features a walk-in closet, a private balcony with a ceiling fan; perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while overlooking the harbor. The attached primary bathroom offers a walk-in shower, double sinks, and basic amenities.

ALL THIS is conveniently located just miles from boat ramps/slips, marinas w/ dry docking, fishing piers, chartered boats, state parks, canoe rentals, campgrounds & picnic areas, historic museums & lighthouse, and a variety of dining and shopping options. Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the house except those doors that are locked with a locking mechanism. The garage is also locked and off limits.

Other things to note:

* The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests in beds. If additional sleeping space is needed, up to three (3) courtesy queen air mattresses can be provided for 1–6 extra guests. Standard additional guest fees apply. Please coordinate in advance.

* The indoor gas fireplace is available seasonally (November–March) and may be temporarily unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or repairs.

* As with any residential neighborhood, you may see dogs and cats in the community. All pets are owned and cared for by their respective owners.

* We love dogs! Please request approval before booking with pets. We can only accommodate house-trained, friendly, and non-destructive dogs. A maximum of two dogs is preferred. Please provide details about your pup(s) when requesting approval. A $85 pet fee applies. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, urine stains, uncollected waste, or unreasonable damage to the yard.

House Rules:

* No fireworks on the property of any kind.
* No smoking or vaping indoors, and no drug use anywhere on the property.
* Please remove shoes while inside the home.
* No parties, events, or large gatherings.
* Respect our quiet neighborhood. Loud music and excessive noise are prohibited.
* Please turn on dishwasher before checking-out. No knives in dishwasher.

Water & Dock Safety:

* Bringing a boat, kayak, paddleboard, or other watercraft? Please notify us during booking.
* Swim at your own risk.
* No diving from the dock due to shallow water.
* Do not enter the marsh area or walk on the rock seawall. The marsh is a protected habitat with active wildlife.
* Kayaks are used at your own risk. The owner assumes no liability.
* Liability waiver may be required by all adults 18 or older and a parent's signature of anyone underage.
* Under 18 riders can use kayaks but must be used in tandem with a responsible adult (i.e. Parent).
* Strictly one person per kayak at all times.
* Properly fitted life jackets must be worn while using kayaks - ALL AGES (required by the U.S. Coast Guard).
* Infants are not permitted on kayaks at any time.

Property Care:

* Do not park on the grass next to the driveway.
* Water leak detectors are installed under sinks, toilets, the washer, and other water sources. Please do not touch, move, or remove them.
* Do not use flushable/wet/Dude wipes!
* Personal grills and fire pits are NOT permitted.
* Do not use or move the burn pit located beside the house. It is reserved for owner use only.
* Trash pickup: Tuesday mornings.

Damages & Fees:

* Guests are responsible for damage to the property, furnishings, appliances, carpets, and any missing items. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
