type of building: Multiple-family dwelling.The holiday flat is located between Albufeira and Vilamoura, approx. 2 km from Olhos de Agua, in Falesia (Praia da Falesia), a neighbouring village of Acoteias. Here you can enjoy a holiday far away from mass tourism. The holiday flat is situated in the middle of a pine forest in the Pine Sun Park holiday complex in an extremely quiet location, approx. 400 metres from the beach.
The south-east facing balcony overlooking the pool is equipped with patio seating, a parasol, a natural stone barbecue and outdoor lighting. A garage parking space in the closed underground car park can be booked on request. However, there are also plenty of parking spaces directly at the residential complex. The entire residential complex is monitored and fenced. There are two communal pools at your disposal, including a children's pool. Sun loungers are also freely available (cushions are provided in the flat). In high season there is a catered kiosk by the pool with a selection of food and drinks. There is a children's mini golf course with a small playground in the complex. Further information can be obtained from the resort office. You can also obtain clubs for the mini golf course there.
The flat is located on the ground floor and is accessible at ground level. It offers spacious, bright, as-new and comfortable furnishings on approx. 72 m² of living space. All rooms are fitted with special solar control glazing and additionally with special solar control curtains. Therefore, no air conditioning is required and contributes to healthier living. All rooms are equipped with a fresh air supply. The fully equipped kitchen has a spacious fridge with separate large freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob with separate oven and coffee machine. There is also a small dining area in the kitchen for shared meals. The bedroom with en-suite bathroom is furnished with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and a wardrobe. A baby travel cot is available free of charge. The spacious bathroom is located in the bedroom and is equipped with a bathtub including a shower, an integrated flexible shower screen, a WC, bidet and a washbasin with a large mirror (with electric exhaust). The second separate bathroom has a shower, washbasin with mirror, bathroom cabinet, hairdryer and WC. There is also an electric extractor fan here. The large, bright living room has a comfortable sofa bed (200 cm x 200 cm) for two adults or a maximum of three children. There is also a flat-screen TV and a dining area with an extendable table.
Various shops, cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located approx. 100 metres from the holiday complex. Nevertheless, everything is within easy reach Albufeira approx. 6 km, also accessible by public transport. The village of Falesia (Praia da Falesia) is located in one of the most beautiful areas around Albufeira, with the longest continuous sandy beach in the Algarve. This invites you to walk for miles along the beach or along the cliffs (mountain bike tours along the cliffs or paragliding and many other sporting activities) will not make your holiday boring despite the quiet location. Bicycles can be hired in the neighbouring village.
There is a tennis court next to the holiday complex, which can be hired from a neighbouring hotel. Your immediate neighbours are the two 5-star hotels "Pine Cliffs Sheraton" and "Epic Sana". Information material on other activities and excursion destinations can be found in the flat and the reception of the holiday complex will be happy to provide you with further information.
