Private roof deck AC duplex Penthouse. Washer and dryer. Wifi, security downstairs. No guest fee. Can have guests on roof security proofs everyone. We are building a elevator here. All in room bathrooms. 3 queen beds. 4 flat screen tv's. 6 people can stay here in 3 beds. Great spot for a group. Can add other apartments in the building.
