The space
The home you'll enjoy is modern, clean, and private. Relax on one of the two patios which you'll find refreshing on a summer evening or while the sun comes up any day of the year.

✅PARKING: Plentiful on the street right in front. Do NOT park in our driveway as we use our garage and cannot get out.

✅BEDROOM: queen bed, wardrobe closet and dedicated work space.

✅KITCHEN: Your kitchen is well equipped to cook with pots & pans, toaster, air fryer, single-serve coffee maker and stove. Utensils, dishes, etc and lots of spices available. Appliances are apartment size but suitable for daily meal preparation

✅LIVING/DINING: skylight and windows giving bright, natural light with AC/heat and an additional space heater. Sofa, smart tv and a dining area to eat or work at.

✅OUR BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD: WALKING DISTANCE to local restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. Safe, clean, tree-lined with lots of local events. You'll often see signs just a few blocks away for nature walks, art and architecture tours, both free and for a fee. Check out First Friday's, our local art/street fair. 1 small, crate trained dog allowed

✅LAUNDRY: onsite washer and dryer available. We DO NOT provide detergent. If you would like detergent stocked $20 extra charge

✅PATIO: Private with shaded and sunny seating areas enclosed by privacy fencing

✅Easy access to take Über/Lyft/etc or a 1 bus to the beach and kayak/paddle board/take a stroll/shop/eat or better yet, walk/bike to our local restaurants and shops within 15 minutes for a true Bixby Knolls experience. On many of our streets, you’ll find rentables bicycles and razor scooters as well.

Guest access
There is a keypad on the door that will be set up just for you to come and go as you please and check in whenever works best for you. GREAT SPACE FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS.

The entire place is for you and your guest and 1 small dog (cannot be left unattended unless crated )along with the front and back patios.

✅ITEMS YOU CAN BORROW: yoga mat/workout equipment in the cabinet in the bedroom and occasionally bicycles are available with helmets. Please ask in advance to make sure they are available

✅NOTE: There is one locked cabinet where we keep supplies that is NOT available to guests.

✅LONG STAYS: you will have enough supplies to get you comfortably through your first week, after that you must replenish your own paper goods, soaps, trash bags, etc … $20 if you would like laundry detergent stocked. Please let us know in advance

Other things to note
We provide enough toilet paper, soap/shampoo, coffee/snacks to get you through your first week comfortably.

If we smell smoke in the unit, of any kind, you will be charged $400. This is for the hassle of extra cleaning, odor removal and blocking our calendar

PETS: 1 allowed under 20 lbs. must disclose breed and size of pet and confirm the pet will not be left alone in the home unless crated.

LOCKED CABINET: in unit and not available to guests

Late checkouts are inconvenient for our turn team. If you are not out by 11am, $75/15 minutes late.

Our place is not suitable/safe for infants/children…if you acknowledge this and still choose to bring a little we are not responsible for any harm/injury and you are responsible for damages

Government ID will be requested from all guests prior to arrival
