BRAND NEW Whole Villa rental, built in 2022. Perfect for up to 8 guests located in Cape Coral, Florida. Just minutes from top rated bars/restaurants, water parks, shopping and a very popular public yacht club / beach with community pool!

Upon entering the home, you will immediately feel your stress melt away. On the left is a brightly lit dining room with seating for 6 that overlooks the front porch area, with walk through for kitchen access. To the right you will find a relaxing sitting/reading area with a comfortable couch and sentimental antique Japanese decor.

Moving further inside is a grand living area with high ceilings, a giant flat screen that can easily be seen from even the back outdoor patio and a big comfy leather sectional with several built-in recliners. Keep in mind Villa Pelicana has many fun games, decks of cards and puzzles for guests to enjoy.

To the left of the living area is one gorgeously decorated Tommy Bahama master suite with outdoor access to back patio, a king-sized bed and a smart tv. Inside you will find the master bathroom with a beautiful, oversized shower, double sink vanity and a huge walk in closet.

To the right of the living area is a children's bedroom with two twin beds, big enough for adults to sleep comfortably as well. Two light and airy queen bedrooms, one also with access to outdoor patio. Each bedroom has a nice sized smart tv. These three bedrooms also share a relaxing, spacious bathroom with combination tub/shower and lots of vanity space.

The new modern kitchen has all new stainless appliances, a pantry closet and is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay, dishes glasses pots and pans etc. In the garage there is beach chairs a cooler and some toys for the little ones. Both linen closets are fully stocked with extra blankets, bath towels and beach towels.

It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service animal.
Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal.
1. Is the service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal.
Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
