The house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a family room with a sofa, loveseat and two comfortable chairs, and large TV.
The well-designed master suite offers a king-size bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, walk in closet and en-suite master bath with walk in shower, soaking tub and a sink.
All guest suites are equipped with a queen-size bed, TV's and sharing a bath which includes a shower, sink and toilet. This bath leads out to pool area.
Open the sliding doors to combine inside and outside living. The sun deck offers plenty of space for the sun loungers and amazing sunrises from the Eastern Exposure of your backyard. Enjoy your days in the heated pool or the spacious lanai. A barbeque grill, sun chaises, a lounge area and dining for 8 to enjoy the outdoors. Read a book, enjoy a family BBQ or just relax with a cocktail in the night. The whole deck area is screened-in to be close to nature but have nature not too close to you- that's outdoor living at its best.

Beach towels and a second set of bedlinens for every bed as well as towels for every bathroom and pool towels are provided.

We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal.
Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
