New Orleans is known for living it up but we expect guests to behave and leave the partying outside of the house. We have created an oasis and wish to share it with guests who will cherish it. Behave like a grown-up and know that: ~ Pet breed and size must be provided prior to booking. Certain breeds restricted due to insurance. No pets without prior notice. No cats due to allergies. ~ No parties, extra overnight guests, loud noises or loud music between 10pm and 8am ~ No smoking inside, clean up your cigarette or cigar butts. No one wants a house that smells like an ash tray. Smoking inside will incur a minimum $500 charge. ~ Don't burn down the house - no open flames, candles, etc ~ Clean up after your dog's done the dirty deed - if the landscaper comes and needs to clean up doo-doo, he'll charge us and we'll therefore have to charge you ~ There are several wastebaskets around the house: the toilet is not one of them. Clogged toilets due to paper towels and other items besides toilet papers will incur a fee for plumbing + maintenance overtime of at least $300. ~ No illegal drugs.
