Steps away from many great bars, coffee shop, numerous restaurants located on renowned St. Charles Ave.Guest accessYou will have a private first floor entry and the entire second floor of the building. The first floor is currently used as an artist studio.Other things to noteThe unit is located across the street from a brand new YMCA with indoor pool and fitness center for you fitness fanatics. Guest passes are really cheap, and YMCA members from out fo state get free access.
