Stay in this gorgeous renovated home in the heart of New Orleans. Walking distance to the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and Frenchmen Street. Easy walk to the street car to take you everywhere else!

This is a private bedroom and private bath with its own private entrance in the back of the house. This is more like a very large hotel room, there is no kitchenette but there is a mini fridge and a coffee maker. A wonderful cafe is located just kiddie corner from the home! There is a 50" Roku TV in the suite, so you can watch your favorite streaming services!

Private bedroom and ensuite bathroom. No access to kitchen or main house.

I live in the front of the house, and I will be here if you need suggestions for places to eat and places to visit! I'll mostly stay out of your way unless you need anything ?

The house is conveniently located in the Tremé neighborhood, and is steps away from the Famous French Quarter! Tremé is known for its history, amazing musicians, the best food and much more!

You can walk five short blocks to the French Quarter! The suite is also walking distance to Frenchmen Street. No need to rent a car, as you can get around by walking, the Streetcar, Uber and Lyft! (I highly recommend using Uber of Lyft after dark anywhere in New Orleans) However, if you are driving there is plenty of free street parking directly in front of the home!

This suite is most comfortable for 1-2 guests. Not suitable for more than 2 guests. Maximum 2 guests allowed in this listing, violators will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Only registered guests are allowed to be on the property at any time.

Please note that the suite is located next to the elevated I-10, so expect noise from the freeway!

For your safety and security, there are 6 security cameras on the outside of the house. Two in the front, overlooking the front doors and porch, 2 on the sides of the house, and 2 in the back, overlooking the back doors and backyard. The security cameras are recording 24hrs.
