A hammock, fire pit, outdoor TV, and covered patio with dining and lounge seating give everyone a favorite place to relax. Pool and hot-tub use are included; optional pool heating costs extra.

BEAUTIFUL SPACES TO GATHER
Renovated in January 2026, the home pairs bright coastal interiors with open living and dining spaces and a fully equipped kitchen. Prepare breakfast together, spread out for a game night, or bring home dinner after a day at the beach. An extra refrigerator in the garage makes it easy to keep drinks and groceries on hand.

FOUR BEDROOMS + OPEN SLEEPING LOFT
Main level:
• Primary suite: king bed, private en suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool area.
• Queen bedroom.
• Bunk bedroom: full-over-twin bunk bed, with the full/double on top and twin underneath.
• Additional full bathroom, kitchen, living and dining areas, and laundry room.

Upstairs:
• Separate queen bedroom.
• Open loft with a queen bed; this is an open sleeping area, not an enclosed fifth bedroom.
• Full bathroom and office area with a desk.

THOUGHTFUL EXTRAS, ALREADY HERE
Start your mornings with complimentary coffee, sweeteners, creamers, and stirrers. Starter bottled waters and a selection of cooking spices help you settle in. Every bed has soft, cooling sheets and lightweight GentleSoft bedding, with freshly laundered linens, comforters, and coverlets before each check-in. Each bedroom has a white-noise sound machine and adjustable night light.

Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup-remover cloths, and Roots Eucalyptus & Spearmint starter toiletries are provided. You will also find full-length mirrors, a small starter supply of feminine hygiene products, a multi-device charging station, a washer, a Pack ’n Play, and a changing table.

PACK FOR FUN
Large beach towels, a beach wagon with oversized sand wheels, a 30-can insulated cooler, and beach and pool toys are ready for your beach days. Back home, enjoy the karaoke machine, piano keyboard, board games, and books.

FREE SIX-SEAT GOLF CART
Your stay includes a six-seat golf cart at no additional rental charge, plus on-site parking. Follow the rental agreement and local road and parking rules when using the cart.

• Optional pool heat: $100 per night with a three-night minimum, or $500 total for a seven-night stay, plus applicable tax. For longer stays, contact the host for pricing. Please request heating in advance.
• Hot-tub use is complimentary; a running schedule can be arranged with the host.
• Up to two approved dogs are welcome with applicable pet fees shown during booking. Please pick up pet waste. Pets are not permitted in the pool or hot tub. Review the rental agreement and platform pet rules before reserving.
• Exterior security cameras are present on the property. There are no cameras inside the home. Please do not tamper with cameras or pool equipment.

• Christmas decorations are planned before Thanksgiving week. Thanksgiving guests who prefer an undecorated home should contact the host in advance.
