High-speed WiFi, Samsung Smart TV (doubles as wall art) and an in-unit washer/dryer. Kitchen includes a water/ice dispensing refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking essentials and a Keurig for your morning coffee.

Front door is equipped with a doorbell and smart lock. Enter your guest-specific code to unlock the front door.

We kindly ask that you please not adjust anything within the security control panel on the hallway wall, other than the thermostat temperature.

Please be careful pulling out of the driveway at night. There is a large oak tree across the street that we ask you just be mindful of when pulling out.

There are two beach chairs in the living room closet. If you use these, please wash them off afterwards with the hose outside the front door and let them dry outside, so they don't track sand back into the house.
