- House is suitable to accommodate up to 7 guests, including children.
- The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation.
- This is a 2 story town home with stairs, no elevator.
- All 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, therefore, guests must be able to walk stairs.
- Maximum occupancy is 7 registered guests.
- No third-party bookings.
- Quiet hours after 10pm.
- The weekly rates and monthly rates are available, please contact host you are interested in monthly rental - only with owner approval.
- Long term allowed from fall to early spring (September-April)
- No parties or unapproved visitors.
- NO PETS OR ANIMALS. Pets are NOT permitted on or on the premises, including service animals. We cannot host service animals due to severe allergies of family members who stay at the property periodically.
- No smoking or vaping.
- One locked upstairs storage closet is reserved for owner and housekeeping use.

To help us keep Palm House fresh and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask guests to leave shoes at the door.

🌴 A note about Florida wildlife: Palm House receives regular professional pest-control service. As with any home in coastal Florida, guests may occasionally encounter native insects, geckos, lizards, birds, or other small wildlife in or around the property. This is a natural part of the Florida coastal environment.
