Located between Downtown Cincinnati and Over-the-Rhine, you'll be within walking distance of popular restaurants, coffee shops, public transit, and many of the city's top attractions. Before check-in, the primary guest must provide a valid government-issued ID and complete a background check. Please note that reservations from guests whose primary residence is within 30 miles of the property are not accepted.

Neighborhood
Located in Over-the-Rhine (OTR) / Pendleton just north of downtown Cincinnati. OTR is a historic, highly walkable neighborhood known for 19th-century brick architecture, a dense restaurant/bar scene, craft breweries, boutique shops, Findlay Market, and close access to the riverfront entertainment district (The Banks) and Fountain Square. The area has a lively nightlife vibe and draws visitors for dining, music, and festivals.

Getting around
Walkable to many downtown and OTR destinations (restaurants, bars, theaters, Findlay Market). Rideshare and taxis are widely available. Metro bus stops run through downtown and OTR; the Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar connects downtown to the riverfront/OTR corridor. Driving and street parking are possible but can be limited during peak times — on-street and paid parking garages are common. CVG airport transfers by shuttle, taxi or rideshare typically take ~20–30 minutes to downtown traffic permitting.
