This wonderful, family friendly waterfront 4 bedroom, 1.75 bath House is located on a privately owned beach in the Sand Hills Neighborhood of Scituate MA.
It offers splendid, unobstructed views and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean and Minot Lighthouse. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the beach. The open living area has amazing views of the ocean and access to the screened in porch and wrap around deck.
Inside and Outside dining space for 10 and outdoor sectional! It is spacious and offering four bedrooms with a queen bed in the both of the ocean facing bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, and 1 Twin over Double Bunkbed room.
The open living area has sweeping views of the ocean and direct access to the screened in porch and wrap around deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cookware needs and has a washer and dryer. Come spend your evenings with family and friends by the fire pit overlooking the ocean!
Guest have complete access to the house, beach chairs, sand toys, private beach, sandboxes, 2 kayaks, and gas grill.
