type of building: Multiple-family dwelling. no youth groups.Oceania is a spacious and beautiful flat with a large balcony in Noordwijk aan Zee in a top location! The beach & dunes are only 90 metres away - in short, an ideal holiday home for a wonderful beach holiday!
The 80m2 flat is located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible by lift. The spacious living room and the equally spacious dining room are flooded with light thanks to the large window fronts. From here you have a fantastic panoramic view of the Noordwijk lighthouse and the sea. The balcony, which is accessible from the living and dining room, invites you to sunbathe in the marvellously fresh sea air in the afternoon.
On cooler evenings, the gas fireplace creates a cosy ambience.
A parking space for your car is included and directly at the house.
The apartment complex has its own car park. Due to the very central location of the flat, the beach, the shopping mile and the Koningin Wilhelmina Boulevard with its varied restaurants are just a stone's throw away! You can simply leave your car behind. A holiday to suit everyone!
