The second floor provides a spot high enough for breath taking views of the ocean with breaking waves while being shaded by the third floor balcony and allowing outdoor enjoyment regardless of the weather.

- Community Pool - Seasonally open mid April to mid October. Enjoy a break from the salt and sand for a refreshing dip in the pool.

- Location allows for so much to do! Enjoy the beach right out in front of the building, take a short walk to the Boardwalk area or a local eatery, enjoy the weekend market at Carolina Beach Lake in the warmer months, or take a short drive to the NC Aquarium or Carolina Beach State Park. Looking for even more? Try the ferry ride over to Southport for some quaint town shopping, head into downtown Wilmington to the Riverwalk, or consider a tour of Airlie Gardens which are especially gorgeous in the spring with the Azalea blooms.

- This is a 2nd floor unit, there are two flights of stairs and NO elevator

- Children are very welcome but unit is not baby proof.

- 2 temporary parking passes provided, free onsite parking. Parking is tight in peak season and is tandem style parking in lanes.

- Paper products/supplies: 2 extra rolls of toilet paper are provided in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, tissues provided. Kitchen towel.
If you have any questions about items provided during your trip planning, please do not hesitate to ask.

- Pest control comes monthly. This is usually the 2nd Friday of the month. Please permit access, required by HOA.

- Doorbell camera is present at the front door, outside the home. This device does record for security. There are no interior cameras or cameras on decks/porches.

- Pool will be open as April 15, 2025! It will remain open for the season until some time in October 2025.
There is no lifeguard at the pool, please supervise children at all times, swimming is at your own risk from sunrise to sunset

- We recommend travel insurance.

- we do not allow pets, parties, or smoking. no open flames of any kind at any time on the premises.
