- Bedroom 2: King bed, access to street side porch. Direct access to the second full bathroom. TV with Roku for streaming.
- Kitchen: dishwasher, washer/dryer in the closet, Keurig, drip coffee maker with provided filters, and a French press. We supply some k-cups, creamer, and sweeteners in the coffee bar.
- Dining Area: Full-size table for 6, where your family can savor meals you've prepared together or enjoy take-out from nearby eateries.
- Living Room: Need extra space? The queen pull-out Sleeper Sofa is here to accommodate. TV with cable and Roku, board games, cards, and books.

Prime location to conveniently access local bars and restaurants. Walkable to the boardwalk area. Less than 5 minutes drive from Snow's Cut bridge to cross into Wilmington. Head a little further north from the condo to access Freeman Park, where you can drive on the beach and have beach bonfires.
Drive, walk, taxi/uber, or even rent a golf cart yourself for easy traveling around the island. You can park a golf cart at the condo as one of your 2 vehicles allowed (no onsite charging at this time)
- PLEASE NOTE there is one flight of stairs and NO elevator, first floor is elevated above parking area
- Bed linens and bath towels provided with cleaning
- Please bring your own beach towels
- Children are very welcome but unit is not baby proof
- 2 temporary parking passes provided, free onsite parking.
Please NOTE parking can be tight in peak season and is tandem style parking in lanes. *Please see the parking schematic photo in the listing photos* Pull through lanes are 3 cars deep, FCFS do not pull through and they are 2 cars deep. Parking is unassigned. Clearance is about 7 feet high.
- HOA rules: no trash on decks or stairwells at any time, parking passes must be visible at all times and responsible party reachable.
- No open flames of any kind in condo or on decks/porches.
- Pest control comes monthly and access to condo must be allowed. This is usually the 2nd Friday of the month.
- Doorbell camera is present at the front door, outside the home. This device does record for security. There are no interior cameras or cameras on decks/porches.
- Pool will be open as April 15, 2025! It will remain open for the season until some time in October 2025. There is no lifeguard at the pool, please supervise children. Use of Pool is sunrise to sunset.
- We recommend travel insurance.
- Quiet hours 11pm to 7am. This includes loud walking and children running, not permitted during quiet hours, please be considerate of all condo neighbors.
- please note, this is a condo with close neighbors on all sides, we cannot control other vacation goers.
