Parking is included: a parking garage located on the first and second floor of the condominium. Additional parking can be accommodated across the street in the three story parking garage. Parking is provided with your rental. Two parking garages on the ground and first floors are easily accessible. There is a 3 level parking garage across the street reserved for Ocean Villa only. There is a 3rd level walkover to the main building.

Our condo is located within walking distance to several commercial venues, including shopping (both grocery and souvenirs), eateries, restaurants, golf and amusements. For mall shopping or running up and down the beach, a Trolley stop is located in front of the condo. The airport, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), is 17.9 miles (26 minutes away). Transportation is available from the airport to the condo.

There's no hunting down a management company for keys upon your arrival when you are tired! Your reservation confirmation will be emailed to you and will contain a code to the lock box located at the front door.

Standard house rules are included in the rental agreement. Ask for a copy!! They include, but are not limited to, no smoking and no pets.

Payment Policy

* $250 reservation/Security Deposit (refundable), due at booking.
* Plus 13.3% sales tax and fees
* PAYMENT BY ZELLE, VENMO, CHECK OR CREDIT CARD. CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED THROUGH PAYPAL ONLY. ADDITIONAL 3.2% DOMESTIC FEE AND 5% INTERNATIONAL FEE FOR CREDIT CARD USE.

Refundable Damage Deposit

SECURITY DEPOSIT: An ADDITIONAL security deposit of two hundred fifty US dollars ($250.00) is required for a vacation rental. Your deposit will be returned once the property is cleaned and found to be in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of this agreement are met.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED NO LESS THAN 45 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE. Cancellations that are made more than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% Cancellation fee or $100 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 45 days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
