Guests enjoy access to indoor/outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts. Walk to everything while enjoying a peaceful coastal retreat.

Summer guests can also enjoy Movies on the Beach every Wednesday! (6/3-8/12, only)

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our spacious and comfortable second floor walk up condo, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, private outdoor spaces, and access to fantastic community amenities, this condo is the perfect home away from home for families, couples, or small groups.

Primary Bedroom Suite
Unwind in the inviting primary bedroom featuring a luxurious king size bed, Smart TV, and plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. The room also includes a private en-suite full bathroom, offering added comfort and convenience during your stay.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is ideal for family members or friends, offering two comfortable twin beds along with closet and dresser storage for your belongings. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the private upper deck, creating a bright and airy retreat where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze.

Living Room
The welcoming living room is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring ample seating and sliding glass doors that also provide access to the upper deck. For additional sleeping accommodations, the sofa easily converts into a pull out bed that can comfortably sleep two extra guests, allowing the condo to accommodate larger families or groups.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including:

Keurig coffee maker
Traditional 12 cup coffee maker
Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before the beach or a family dinner after a day of fun, you'll find all the essentials at your fingertips.

Comfort & Convenience
For year round comfort, the condo features central air conditioning and heating throughout the home. Fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided, allowing you to pack lighter and settle in with ease.

Outdoor Spaces

Upper Deck
The private upper deck can be accessed from both the second bedroom and the living room through sliding glass doors. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind with a good book, or relax in the fresh coastal air after a day of activities.

Lower-Level Patio
Guests also have access to a second patio area on the lower level, complete with outdoor seating. Four beach chairs are available for your use, making beach days easy and convenient.

Resort Style Amenities
During your stay, you'll have access to a variety of community amenities, including:

Indoor swimming pool
Outdoor swimming pool
Tennis courts
Pickleball courts

Please note that access to all amenities requires both the community amenity passes and a 3-digit access code. The amenity passes will be provided inside the condo, and the access code will be shared with guests prior to arrival.

Important: If any amenity passes are misplaced, lost, or not returned at the end of your stay, a $75 replacement fee per pass will be charged to cover the cost of replacement.

Check-In Information
For a smooth and secure arrival, guests will receive a separate 4 digit entry code through Airbnb prior to check in. This code will provide access to the condo throughout your stay.
