Fully outfitted kitchen. I do not think you will find it lacking. If Keurig Isn't your style there is a Krups drip coffee machine under the counter.
Main floor bedroom, queen bed and TV. Very comfortable. Its a DUX bed.

Every time I look at this picture I remember sitting on this deck with a fresh cup of coffee in my hand with the morning sunshine pouring in.

We are a small bathroom YET a mighty space! 2 headed shower fixture, extendable. Hair dryer and flip magnifying cosmetic mirropr mounted on the wall. Top end body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the dispenser.

About parking. We are an in city neighborhood. We do have parking right in front of the house but, it's true, it's street parking. To date I have never had an issue with a guest regarding parking. Still, I think it's important to make this clear.

Situated on a tranquil street, our home is just a short walk from local cafes, parks, and shops. The vibrant Northgate area, featuring the Northgate Mall and the Kraken Community Iceplex, is only a five-minute drive away. Downtown Seattle's attractions, including the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, are easily accessible via nearby public transportation or a quick drive.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment and yard. Self-check-in is available for your convenience.

Other Things to Note
While we welcome guests to enjoy our home, please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours. The interior is a non-smoking property, and we kindly ask that you respect this policy. Smoking outside is OK.

The other apartment in the house is in the bottom floor of the house aka daylight basement. Both units share the laundry facilities which are in a shared spaced. With separate entrances you will rarely if ever see the neighbor.

This unit is in a densely populated urban neighbourhood. There is parking directly in front of the apartment and it is "usually" available for the guest. We must put in the disclaimer that the parking is on city right-of-way and as such we exercise no management influence over the space. That said, in a year we have not had a guest complaint regarding parking.

We are an 8 minute walk from the Northgate Station light rail station. There are convenient bus routes to access the neighborhoods within 1/10th of a mile both East and West of our place. For the more adventurous our closeness to transit means that there are many Lime bikes and Lime scooters nearby for neighbourhood trips.

For the best Seattle transit experience as a visitor, use the Transit GO Ticket app for easy mobile payment on buses, light rail, and water taxis, combined with the general Transit app (or Google Maps/OneBusAway) for real-time schedules and trip planning, as they cover different needs efficiently.
