Private: property 95 m2 with lawn. 150 m long steep, narrow motor access. 30 m footpath to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "di Nelson" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km. Please note: car recommended."Nicoletta", 3-room terraced house 55 m2. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Small, open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed.
