This sprawling 3-bed, 2.5-bath duplex residence in a townhouse over two floors, with a outdoor deck off the kitchen, and a grand living space. The kitchen is a feature all by itself. It is windowed with a stainless steel appliance package, inclusive of a 4-burner stove, 36-inch double door fridge, dishwasher, and Washer/Dryer. The sleeping quarters are equally compelling--generously proportioned bedrooms with great separation, two amazing full bathrooms, and superb natural light. This is home!

NO VISTORS IF YOU HAVE A PARTY YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND + AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU. $500 You can not reserve this apartment for someone else. The person on the reservation must be the person that checks in. I. D is required and it must match the reservation. PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER IF YOU'RE NOT 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK THIS APARTMENT SO PLEASE DO NOT INSTANT BOOK IT WILL BE CANCELLED. Quiet/Curfew time after 10pm. No hanging out on the deck after 10:00 p.m. keep all socializing indoors. Violation of this house rule will lead to the immediate removal of any occupants staying in our space. We strive to make each and every guests trip to our home a special one. Please allow us to continue to do so by following a few basic house rules below- Please respect our neighbors. We ask that you keep noise levels at a reasonable volume especially after 10pm. Please treat our home as you would your own. Please follow all the house rules. We love hosting and want to make sure we are able to provide a consistent and exceptional experience for all current and future guests. Please remove garbarge and debris from unit as you checkout. Guests are required to upload a copy of their photo ID soon as booking is confirm on airbnb messaging. Any special request outside of the house rules must be approved at owners discretion. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges/Refundable Security/Damage Deposit may apply. Only the person that booked is allowed to check in if somebody is not added to the reservation they can not check in. No unregistered guests allowed. - Please No additional guests i.e. Anyone not registered as our Airbnb guest in your reservation. (Arriving at the home at any time with more, or different, guests than are on your reservation, including babies and small children, violates airbnb rules and our policy. If you arrive with more guests than you booked for at any time, the reservation must be changed to reflect the proper number of guests before you will be allowed in/to stay, if at all. We've had guests who have tried to sneak in people and host parties. If you are caught doing so, you and your guests will be asked to leave, without a refund. What makes Bedford Stuyvesant so unique is the community of good neighbors in the middle of a metropolis. We are friends with our neighbors and value our relationships with them. I want my Guests to feel at home and comfortable, treat the space as if it were your own. And please keep in mind to take care of it for the next Guests to enjoy. SCHEDULED FEES FOR HOUSE RULES VIOLATIONS: 1. The checkout is 11:00 a.m. 2. The check-in time is between 4:00 p.m until 12:00 a.m. 3. Any unauthorized late check-out is a $100 fee. If not vacating on time leads to other losses you will be billed for those as well. This includes guest refunds. 4. Any unauthorized late check-in after 12:00 a.m. is subject to no refund ( Please communicate with the host if flexibly is possible). 5. This is a NON-smoking property. Any type of smoke is prohibited. This violation will incur a $250 per day fee. 6. Any lost keys will be $250 to replace. 7. Using our internet for illegal activity such as pirating content will lead to a $1000 fine. 8. If drugs are found on the premise we will call the police. 9. All guests must be declared on the reservation. The home has a $50 per additional fee. Not declaring guests will incur this fee. You may not have additional guest beyond the declared party size. This will incur a $50 per guest fee and may lead to your removal from the property. 10. Our cleaning fee is based on a "Courteous guest" If you trash the apartment you will be billed an additional $150 fee **You will behave as a good neighbor because people LIVE here. This is not a hotel to party in. This is a home to stay in.
