Our large house has been recently renovated, is situated next to Walpole & Lamas Parks and is located in a very quiet area of Ealing. There are 3 large double bedrooms which can accommodate up to 6 people, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining room, 2.5 bathrooms, sitting room, garden with terrace and hot tub (on demand). Ealing has excellent transport links to Heathrow and central London. Superfast mesh wifi is available throughout the house. Baby and child amenities can be provided.

The space
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. Appliances include new Siemens IQ700 fridge, separate freezer, induction hob and two ovens (one with integrated microwave). There is a Miele dishwasher, wine fridge, Quooker hot tap, Dualit toaster, Nutribullet, Ninja air fryer, Ninja multifunction airfyer and slow cooker.

The dining room has a large reclaimed pine table with seating for up to 8 and pendant lights.

The sitting room has two sofas (instead of the chaise longue shown in the picture), Samsung smart TV with a Sonos sound bar and surround-sound speakers.

Sliding-folding doors lead onto the private garden which has a terrace with a table and chairs and an outdoor sofa. There is also a Ninja outdoor airfyer.

The utility room has a water filter, Bosch washing machine, Miele tumble dryer, steam iron, board and clothes airers. There is also a robot and Dyson vacuum cleaner.

Bedroom one is at the front of the house on the first floor and has a king-sized bed, wardrobe space, dressing table/desk, woollen carpets and plantation shutters.

Bedroom two is at the back of the house overlooking the garden and has an IKEA Hemnes day bed which is effectively a king-size bed (a double bed is shown in the picture), wardrobe space, a small dressing table/desk, a chest of drawers, woollen carpets and plantation shutters.

The first-floor bathroom has a bath and rainforest-style shower head.

Bedroom three is on the second floor and has a king-size bed, armchair, double doors overlooking the garden, blackout curtains, woollen carpets and an en suite bathroom with a large rainforest-style ceiling shower and dual sinks.

A large number of baby and child items can be provided on request including a high chair, plastic plates and utensils, travel cot, toy kitchen, bath and lots of other toys.

There are 3 mesh wifi points in the house giving constant access to superfast 900 mbps fibre internet.

On-street parking directly outside the house can be arranged at a cost of around £4.50 / day which is what the council charge.

Other items available on demand include: Two inflatable mattresses, travel adaptors, exercise equipment including free weights, skipping ropes and yoga mats.

Ealing is well connected with public transport links to central London and Heathrow airport. Ealing Broadway is a 10-minute walk away or 5 mins by bus and has a rapid Crossrail / Elisabeth line connection into central London and to Heathrow. It also has Central and District lines. South Ealing is also around 10 mins away (5 mins by bus) and has Piccadilly line links to Heathrow (21 mins) and into Soho (25 mins) central London.

Ealing Broadway has a number of very good restaurants, shops and new cinemas. We provide a guide with some recommendations.

There are two beautiful parks which are around a two-minute walk from the house. Both have excellent playgrounds for children.

Please note that the house is not suitable for parties as it's very carefully decorated and in a very quiet area.
