The space

The balcony stretches across the entire front of the condo from the living room over to the master bedroom suite that has a double vanity sink, walk in shower, and a garden tub.

**Laketown Wharf charges a mandatory fee of at least $70.00 for parking and wristbands. This one-time charge will provide your party with wristbands and up to 2 parking passes. Guest to pay prior to arrival and not included with the cost of the rent. The fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.**

Parking notes: Guest parking is designated to the northwest parking deck. Two (2) parking spaces are allowed per unit in the garage, and parking is unassigned. Please display your parking pass in your windshield visibly. Failure to display a valid parking pass could result in the car being towed.

GUETS MUST PRE- REGISTER ONLINE, WITH THE NAMES, AGES AND VEHICLES MAKE AND MODEL BEFORE THE CHECK IN DATE, AND PICK THEM UP AT THE FRONT DESK AT CHECK IN. LINK TO THE REGISTRATION PORTAL WILL BE EMAILED TO GUEST UPON CONFIRMED RESERVATION.
