This thoughtfully designed cottage offers two spacious bedrooms with king beds, a beautifully updated bathroom, a cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen—all curated with comfort and style in mind.

Guests will have full access to the home and private fenced backyard, complete with a gas fire pit and outdoor dining area—perfect for relaxing evenings.

Please note: The washer and dryer are located in the garage and are accessed by stepping through the covered back porch. This setup is simple and convenient, but it is not located inside the main living space.

The home is located in a quiet, established neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Brenham, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and local wine bars.

Guests can access the full house. We ask that the garage is not used to park vehicles and is only used to access the washer and dryer.

Quiet, established residential neighborhood a few blocks from Downtown Brenham and the Washington County Courthouse. Downtown Brenham offers antique shops, cafes, local restaurants & bars, murals, the Brenham Fire Museum, seasonal events and is walkable from the property. Blinn College’s Brenham campus, some parks and neighborhood churches are all within a short drive. The area feels small-town and family-oriented with easy access to downtown attractions and local services.

Most visitors get around Brenham by car — the town and surrounding area are car-dependent and street parking in the downtown/residential core is generally available. Rideshare availability (Uber/Lyft) is limited and can be spotty. This location is walkable for short trips downtown.
