Guests will have full access to the main house and whole property. The barn and guest living quarters will remain locked, and inaccessible. The pavilion will still be available for use.

We are happy to meet our guests needs! We can meet in person, and will follow your lead on communication preferences.

You will have a beautiful drive in on a gravel road through private ranches. Your neighbors have a beautiful ranch with miniature donkeys and horses.

Brenham is about a 10-15 minute drive. You may also contact us for private transportation!

**This is a new listing by Hill & Hollow that will be getting new outdoor amenities soon! The home currently has a ping pong table (upon request, we will put this out for guests until we find a suitable location to store it) as well as corn hole boards.**

**The outdoor fire pit is wood burning only. While we do provide a little bit of firewood from the property, it is not guaranteed to be available. Additional firewood may be purchased**

**The BBQ pit is a charcoal pit. Charcoal is not provided, but can be purchased with the concierge grocery stocking service**
