The "neighborhood" is located off of a gravel road in a beautiful country setting just a few minutes from Brenham. Your neighbors will be a neighboring ranch, where you may get to see farm animals and some mini donkeys greet you upon arrival!

**This is a new listing by Hill & Hollow that will be getting new outdoor amenities soon! The home currently has a ping pong table (upon request, we will put this out for guests until we find a suitable location to store it) as well as corn hole boards.**

**The outdoor fire pit is wood burning only. While we do provide a little bit of firewood from the property, it is not guaranteed to be available. Additional firewood may be purchased**

**The BBQ pit is a charcoal pit. Charcoal is not provided, but can be purchased with the concierge grocery stocking service**
