You will have access to your full 3 bed/3 bath house at the Modern Manor at Three Oaks Farm with the exception of two owner's closets and the garage. Please note, the Modern Manor is secluded, but they're may be other guests at the guest cottage across the farm.

Hill and Hollow is a small husband and wife management team local to Brenham and Round Top. We will follow your lead, and can be on site if needed! We are happy to provide recommendations and our concierge services!

Modern Manor is located on a farm with two other houses, the Guest Cottage and Main House. The guest cottage may be rented by other guests, but is located far from the Modern Manor and you will still have your private area. Let us know if you have any questions!

Pool access is reserved for full reservations of the whole farm. If you'd like to reserve the whole farm (all three houses), for pool access, please inquire and we can send you the booking link.
