Bugs & Nature

Casa Rio is located in the Sierra foothills. Although we have regular pest control, occasional insects may be present in the natural environment. Keeping doors and windows closed helps reduce unwanted encounters.

Security

• Exterior-only security cameras monitor the property perimeter
• No indoor cameras
• Cameras may record audio and video for safety and property protection

Guests have private access to the entire home, game room, hot tub, outdoor areas, and the surrounding 9 acres. The only exception is one locked walk-in closet used for host supplies.

We offer self-check-in and respect guest privacy. We are not on-site during your stay, but we are available through the Airbnb app or by phone if you need help.
