Don't worry about who is going to take care of your furry baby while you are away. You are welcome to bring your 4-legged family member during your stay. We only accept well-behaved dogs that won’t cause any damage to our property like scratching or chewing and weight 50lbs or less.

Please note that a pet addendum must be completed prior to your arrival. This addendum will outline the rules and regulations surrounding pet ownership on the property, and fees ($150/per stay for the First pet and $100/per stay for the Second pet.

Guest access

Every guest will receive a unique key code to access the house. Please note this code changes with every guest we welcome.

You will have access to the entire home and outdoor areas during your stay. If you need assistance or have any questions after going through our guide do not hesitate in contacting your host through the messaging system.

Other things to note

Must be 25 years old to book.

Stairs are required to access the home.

PARKING: Driveway for 5 vehicles. Street parking is NOT allowed.

Security cameras: Your safety is our priority. We have 4 actively recording exterior security cameras overlooking the perimeter of the house outside which record video and audio. NO cameras on the interior of the house.

NOTE Wildlife animals may appear around the area. We advise you enjoy all the amenities available with caution and at your own risk. Avoid leaving unattended food outdoors.

WAIVER and RELEASE of LIABILITY:

The owner strongly advise all guests to exercise the utmost caution while utilizing the facilities and grounds. The utilization of all amenities, encompassing stairs, grounds, lofts, sauna, hot tub, fire pit, and appliances, is entirely at the guest's own risk. Guests acknowledge their full responsibility for the use of all features, and the owners shall bear no liability for any claims stemming from illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising from the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters, or general accidents on the facility grounds. Guests who opt to use the firepit, sauna, hot tub agree to do so in a safe manner and in compliance with house rules. Guests comprehend that owners are not accountable for any damaged or lost personal property. By making a reservation, guests implicitly agree to the terms outlined in this Waiver and Release of Liability, absolving owners from any and all claims brought against them.
