All guests must sign a Vallarta Rentals rentals contract prior to check in.

If you wish to use the 6 seat golf cart included in this rental you will need to agree to a $2,000 USD on site security deposit on credit card that is 100% refundable assuming no damage.

The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita.

● Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
● Children under 5: No charge

Maintenance is carried out annually on resort golf courses and beach clubs from May 1 to October 31, which may result in temporary closures. Please confirm at the time of booking if this will impact your stay dates.
