Guests have full access to the entire home, backyard, hot tub, arcade area, fire pit, and EV charger.
The only off-limits space is the locked owner’s closet.

📜 Important House Rules

🚭 No smoking or vaping indoors ($250 fine)

🔊 Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM (noise monitoring in place)

👥 Max 8 guests total (including daytime visitors)

🎉 No disruptive parties

🛁 Hot tub max temp: 102°F (serviced weekly)

🧼 Replace hot tub cover after each use

⚡ EV charging: $35 per stay

🐾 Pet fee: $75 per dog
