The space
This property offers a range of accommodations to suit your preferences. Upon arrival, you’ll receive snacks and water. The three-bedroom master suite boasts a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. The two-bedroom suite includes a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. A hall bathroom is also available, complete with a washer and dryer.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the lake, whether you’re fishing or watching the sunset. For year-round enjoyment, the heated pool is a must-have feature. Everything you need for a day at the beach is provided, including beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and a wagon. Additionally, you’ll have access to a private driveway parking space with a quiet neighbor.

Guest access
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property at any time. Additional or overnight guests not included in the booking are not permitted and may result in cancellation without refund.

The reservation price is based on the number of guests booked. Any additional guests not included in the reservation will incur an extra fee per guest, per night. Please update your booking in advance to avoid penalties.

Park, walk a bit north or south, and it opens right up.

Wide, clean, and far less hectic than many access points.

Old Naples — go farther south

Most people stop near 5th Avenue.

Keep walking south past the main access streets.

Not many people go that far… and that’s where the magic is.

Quiet, classic Naples, and incredible sunsets.

Barefoot Beach Preserve

Still a favorite for a reason.

If you walk past the first few entrances, it thins out quickly.

Natural dunes, shelling, and that untouched Florida feel.

This property has a maximum of 6 people per Reservations with fewer guests are not permitted. Parking & Gatherings Policy:
A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed per reservation. Absolutely no gatherings, parties, or events are permitted at the property at any time

Guests may use the private heated pool and access the lake behind the property at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. The host assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss. Children must be supervised at all times

Pool access is limited to guests listed on the reservation. Any unauthorized use of the pool or gatherings by non-registered individuals will result in an assessed fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

Please note that if the pool temperature is increased above 85°F, there will be an additional charge of $15 per day to cover heating costs.

Security Cameras:
For the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are in use. Cameras are located outside only and monitor the driveway and pool area. There are no cameras inside the home.
