Not only the furnishings are good, but also the location. The holiday home is only about 350 metres from the beach, in a small residential street in Breege/Juliusruh.
The terrace faces south and south-west. Garden chairs and table, parasol and barbecue are already waiting to be used. And the beautiful, very chic, extra wide beach chair. The garden and the entire property are available to guests. The handcart and two so-called baker's bicycles are parked in the garden shed so that you don't have to walk to get bread rolls in the morning. Two cars can also be parked on the property.
The house offers a spacious living/dining area of around 98 m², a high-quality kitchen with everything your heart desires, a sauna bathroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, a utility room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes horse, as well as a small workspace under the stairs. Everything is designed for at least six people. From a raclette machine to a fondue set, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, red wine, white wine, champagne and beer glasses, there should be nothing missing. The dishwasher does the washing up. The owners have bought some really beautiful decorative items while strolling through galleries and picture shops. Naturally, the holiday home has the best technology. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, Wi-Fi, digital cable TV, DVD player, radio and CD player and hopefully enough sockets to charge your mobile phone. Another great idea is that there is a wood-burning stove and a sauna in the house for the warmer months of the year. Just the thing after an autumn or winter walk on the beach. The staircase to the upper floor is really smart and it is also practical that there is a stair gate. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, a second TV so that there are no arguments about what to watch on holiday, and a walk-in wardrobe. All the furnishing details are clearly visible in the floor plan. The second bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm and the third bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. Of course, there is also a travel cot for the little ones and a high chair. Children should feel particularly at home in this house. That's why there is also a selection of toys and books, as well as a handcart and beach toys. The large bathroom with bath, WC and double washbasin is located on the upper floor.
The island of Rügen is worth a visit at any time of year. The Wittow peninsula is the northernmost part of the island of Rügen and is bordered by the Baltic Sea, the Wieker Bodden and the Great Jasmund Bodden. From here you can take a boat to Hiddensee and the Störtebeker Festival. Cape Arkona can be reached by bike on nature trails. The unique, over eight kilometre long sandy beach of the Schaabe invites you to swim, play and relax. Of course, you don't always have to cook for yourself. There are really good restaurants and bars (steakhouse, pizzeria, tappas bar etc.) in the immediate vicinity, which you can reach on foot. You should also visit the fish shop in Breege harbour.
In the high season, the house is only available from 18.00 on Saturday due to the workload of the cleaning staff. If you change on another day, the house is available between 3.00 pm and 4.00 pm
