The master bedroom downstairs (upstairs is a second one) has French doors to the terrace and swimming pool There is a very spacious living room with two sitting areas, a separate dining room and a large kitchen (with hob, oven, microwave, two fridges with ample freezer compartments, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). Finally, there is a guest toilet, a pantry and a laundry room. The dining room has folding doors, so you can sit covered, but actually outside.

Against the house by the pool is a very spacious pergola with a seating area, so you can sit there and have a very pleasant drink. You don't have to sit in the sun without protection if you don't want to.
In short, you lack nothing at this villa and you get a maximum luxury holiday feeling. The villa has underfloor heating (extra costs) and a ventilation system. Also present in the villa: satellite TV, free wifi (bring your own laptop), CD player, DVD player, high chair, cot.
