The space
Arrive, slip your car into the garage like it’s docking for the night, and step straight inside—no umbrella battles, no rain drama. At the front door, tap in the keypad code and glide right into the primary king suite, complete with its own bathroom and a private deck where slingback chairs are already waiting for a quiet morning or late-night unwind.

A short climb upstairs brings you to two cozy bedrooms on the sunrise side—each with a queen bed, dresser, and closet—plus a shared bathroom that keeps things easy for everyone.

Another quick set of steps opens up the heart of the home: a relaxed living space with two couches and a chair, a dining area for six, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for anything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. You’ll find a dishwasher, stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker (and a Keurig tucked in the pantry), along with plenty of cookware, dishes, and glassware. Step out onto the deck, settle into one of the captain’s chairs, and watch the sky put on a sunset show.

Out back, the home rests along the 13th hole of the golf course. There’s even a hidden path through the trees—follow it for a short wander to the course sidewalk. If you’re unsure of the way… just follow the golf balls.

And when it’s time to grill, you’ll find everything you need waiting in the garage—just roll it out into the open and fire it up.

For a little adventure, take a short stroll to the sound—perfect for a front-row sunset or an easy launch for your board or kayak. Head left onto S. Link Dr., wander along for about five minutes, and keep an eye out for the blue private entrance sign on your right. That’s your cue to slip into a quieter, tucked-away spot where the water and sky do the rest.

Guest access
Everything in the home is fully available to the guest. There are some stock items in the kitchen for your use. (i.e. spices, condiments, teas, coffee).
Take a hike to the sound for a sunset closeup or to put in your board/kayak by taking a left on the seachase and walking till you see the blue private entrance sign on your right. It's about a 5 minute walk.
Walk thru the trees outback and in seconds be on the 13th hole of the golf course.
