Main Level Master Bedroom - A soothing retreat with forest views. Hop out of bed and take a few steps to the kitchen for a hot cup of coffee before stepping out onto the deck into the fresh mountain air. With a luxury King size bed, twin sized daybed, deck access and large ensuite bathroom with tiled shower, the main floor master is your space for serenity.

The Upper Level can function as a family suite, with two bedrooms (not attached) and one bathroom that can be accessed from the bedroom or from the hall:

Upper Level Master Bedroom - Drift off to sleep looking at the treetops. You'll rest easy in a luxury King bed. The Ensuite bathroom has a tiled shower/bathtub combination with glass doors. When you need to get some work done, a charming workstation with a desk, chair, lamp and extra monitor is ready for you.

Upper Level Secondary Bedroom - A great place for children and teens, with three twin sized beds, Light fills this room with multiple windows, with blackout shades at night when it's time to get some rest.

The Lower Level has a walk-out patio, game area, and includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms:

Lower Level Master Bedroom - A private space with a large window, King sized bed, and ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and tiled shower.

Lower Level Secondary Bedroom - A cozy room with an egress window with a Queen bunk bed - perfect for children or adults.

Lower Level Bunk Room - Two Queen sized bunk beds, a large window for natural light, and an ensuite bathroom with tiled shower.

Also on the lower level is a third bedroom with a King sized bed and twin daybed, along with an ensuite bath with tiled shower . The fourth bedroom on the same level functions as a family suite, with a Queen sized bed, a twin bunk bed, and a dedicated full bath with a tub/shower combo. Every bedroom is equipped with plenty of linens and a smart TV for streaming. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom, each stocked with all of the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING AREAS ☆☆ The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed home provides a pantry in addition to a separate laundry room. The dining table seats 16 plus 4 additional seats at the kitchen island, so the whole family can gather around the table! The open concept kitchen goes right into the living room, allowing groups to stay connected while cooking, dining, and hanging out on the couch. The living room is the perfect place to watch the big game, have a movie night., or just gather in front of the fireplace for meaningful conversation.

On the upper level you'll find a small living area and a nook with french doors. Children love the nook for hanging out, reading a book, or taking a nap. The living area has a juliet balcony over the main living room, but has its own loveseat and TV.

On the lower level you'll find a game area with ping-pong table and multiple video arcades. In addition, the indoor sauna is located on this level.

And connected to the main level, accessible through a bespoke door near the garage, you'll climb the stairs to the Speakeasy - an out of the way cozy space with a pool table and air hockey table, as well as seating and lighting that is perfect for late night chilling.... ★ Exterior Spaces ★ We know you come up North to get outside, so our exterior spaces are maintained to match the spectacular natural environment surrounding the house. Enjoy the large hot tub and the firepit in the back yard. Or spend the afternoon reading a book on the custom ski chair swing on the front porch. This is a quiet neighborhood with little traffic, so it is perfect for walking to the Skybridge or just getting outside. ☆☆ THE PATIO AND BACK YARD ☆☆ From the lower level you can step out onto the patio to the oversize hot tub. After a big day of skiing or golfing, it is heaven to slip into the tub and enjoy the forest views epic while soaking tired muscles. ☆☆ THE NEIGHBORHOOD ☆☆ The neighborhood is a mix of full time residents and part time owners.
