🏡 House Rules

🚭 Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. A fine of THB 30,000 will be charged if smoke is detected.

🐾 Pets are not allowed inside the villa. A fine of up to THB 50,000 will apply if violated.

👟 Shoes are not allowed indoors. Guests must wear slippers and keep the villa clean. Frequent violations will incur a fine of THB 20,000.

🧹 Free cleaning service is provided between 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM. If guests are away and the villa is locked, staff will use a spare key to clean.

🛏️ Bed linens are changed free of charge every 3 days. Daily changes are available at THB 300 per set.

🚫 Removing household items (furniture, towels, sound systems, or materials) from the villa is prohibited. A fine of up to THB 15,000 will apply.

💸 Damages or stains that cannot be cleaned will be charged against the deposit at the actual replacement cost.

⚡ High‑power electrical appliances (extra refrigerators, ovens, induction cookers, etc.) are not allowed as they may overload the system.

❌ Illegal activities such as drug use, prostitution, and gambling are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

🏊 Children must not use the swimming pool without adult supervision. Guests with high blood pressure, skin conditions, or intoxication are not permitted to use the pool.

🧑‍🔧 Pool staff will enter the villa 3 times per week for cleaning. Please notify us one day in advance if you prefer not to be disturbed.

🔇 Please avoid loud noise after 11:00 PM to respect neighbors.

👥 The villa accommodates 10–16 guests. Extra mattresses and linens are available at THB 500–1,000 per set.

⏰ Check‑out time is 12:00 PM. Late check‑out after 12:00 PM will be charged THB 2,000 per hour.

🔒 Please use all facilities responsibly, lock doors and windows when leaving, and safeguard personal belongings.

🛑 Yizen Thailand reserves the right to evict guests immediately without refund if safety rules are violated.
