Two sets of patio doors lead to a quiet enclosed and private patio with seating for 4, a large market umbrella, propane gas grill, with gate access to the grass back yard. Our community pool is a short one-minute walk away.

Upscale Townhouse in South Charlotte with a Modern Style and Lots of Space, Full of Amenities and the Perfect Spot to Call Home During Your Visit

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located townhome in a quiet community. The location is in South Charlotte, between Ballantyne/Pineville/Matthews. It is ideal for visiting family, enjoying what our great city has to offer, and for work travelers. Lots to do in the area, including McMullen Creek Greenway across the street with miles of walking/running/biking/birding, and has great restaurants & shopping within walking distance. It's also convenient to highways for getting around the city. The full townhome is available for guest use, a two story home which allows for some separation. The primary suite takes up the entire second floor with an attached full bathroom and an open floor plan to the stairway. The secondary bedroom is downstairs with another full bathroom nearby. The home has a well-appointed kitchen with stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Also on the main floor is a dining room with 6 person table, and an outdoor patio with comfortable seating under a large umbrella. Also in the unit is a washer/dryer combo. The community features a shared pool, just steps from the back patio (currently closed for the season).
