Space for 1 bigger car or possibly two smaller cars , moving bins away, a medium size van. Parking on street is free after 5pm-9am Monday - Friday, all day free Saturday, Sunday.

Check-in from 4:00 PM, Check-out by 10:00-10.30 AM.

Mid-stay cleans -to cater to long-term stays we offer weekly linen changes for an extra fee.

We welcome well-behaved pets, but to maintain our high standards of cleanliness, you must agree to the following rules prior to booking:

Prior Approval Required: You must notify us and receive explicit confirmation before bringing any pet. Unapproved pets will result in a penalty fee.

Well-Trained Only: Pets must be fully house-trained. They are not permitted on the beds, sofas, or soft furnishings.

Mandatory Clean-Up: You are fully responsible for cleaning up after your pet, both inside the apartment and out in the private garden.
Waste Disposal: All pet waste must be securely bagged and placed in the outdoor bins before your departure.

Damage & Extra Cleaning: Any deep cleaning required or damage caused by pets will be charged directly to the guest via the booking platform.
